Crazy Core's H2 Workout invades New York City

Fashion vs Fitness : The H2 Workout

Woman of New York City, bring out your sexiest pair of heels and let’s get in shape.

I am proud to introduce: Crazy Cores Concepts H2 Workout. What is the H2 workout? This is a 45 minute workout done exclusively in High Heels. Yes, High Heels.
This is a workout geared towards the fashionable woman who love working out and at the same time, who love their heels. This is a great way to bring together the Fashion and Fitness world on one platform. As a Fitness Specialist of 10 plus years, I am happy to bring the two together. After doing a study, I notice that woman who walk in heels all day, tend to have toned legs and thighs. Mainly because of the position the heels put woman in and the sort of balancing they endure. So a lot of the great legs in the work are attributed to a nice pair of stilettos.

In the fashion world, fitness is an area that is neglected by most female and even some male models. Being beautiful is one thing, but being beautiful and in great shape is another. Models must be in great shape to secure work and be at the top of the game. As a former model myself, I know the demands of casting directors and production managers. Being in tip top shape is a must.

Here's a breakdown of what I have put together:

  • 45 to 60-Minute High Heeled / AB Workout Session
  •  20 to 30 Models, Designers, etc (as participants)
  •  30 Minutes of Press Photos
  • Best Model Walk and Best Abs Competition. Men and Woman
